We offer a wide selection of medical plans designed to meet the diverse needs of your employees and your business. Each plan provides comprehensive coverage and access to the Horizon network. The banking portion of our HSA and HRA benefits are offered through our partnership with HealthEquity. An in-network-only plan where members must stay within the network for covered care, except in an emergency. No referrals are needed to see specialists.

These plans offer significantly lower premiums and no referrals. Members pay less for services when they use a Tier 1 doctor, hospital, or provider within the network.

A tax-advantaged savings account combined with a high-deductible health plan. You or your employees can contribute pre-tax funds to cover qualified medical expenses.

An employer-funded account typically paired with one of our HSA plans. Your business contributes pre-tax money that employees can use to pay for qualified medical expenses. HRA is offered as an alternative for members that are not eligible the banking portion of their HSA plan.
